Western Union and Money Gram work only on weekdays. After you send us the full payment information, your payment is usually collected in 1-3 workdays.
Some BTC payments get confirmed instantly. Some BTC payments are usually confirmed within 1 day after you send us the BTC payment details.
Zelle and Bank Transfer payments are usually confirmed within 1-4 workdays after you send us the payment details.
We are accepting USD, EURO, GBP.
To collect a payment, we need to provide Western Union/Moneygram with the following information:
* Sender Name and Surname
*Recipient Name and Surname
* Amount Transferred
* WU-MTCN
*MG-Reference Number
Sometimes WU/MG makes typos when entering sender or recipient names. If we cannot provide them with the exact information on the payment receipt, we will not be able to collect the payment.
You can send all this information from your order list by using the “WU/MG PAYMENT NOTIFY” button after logging into your profile on our website.
For Western Union and Moneygram Payments:
You can make a payment notification on the Order Details page in your account. You can also make a notification from the “WUMG Payment Notify” field in your Account.
For ZELLE Payments:
You can make a notification from the “Zelle Payment Notify” field in your Account.
For Bitcoin Payments:
You do not need to declare a payment. Our system automatically detects the payment and creates your order. If there is a problem, you can request a review by simply sending us the Bitcoin transaction TXID information and the amount from the “Contact Us” field.
On the order confirmation page, it contains the necessary information and wallet address to make a Bitcoin payment. In some cases, we provide you with a manual wallet address to send your funds to. If you use a different wallet address than the one provided by us, we won’t be able to receive your payment and help you get your money back.
You can change the payment method between Bitcoin, Zelle anytime. You don’t need to place a new order for this. You only need to send us a message from your order page and we will assist you.
If you want to change your payment method to Western Union or Money Gram, you need to place a new order. Our system will automatically assign you a collector name.
