ORDERS
To cancel your order, please send us a message from your order page and we will assist you.
If you want to add or remove products in a current order, please send us a message from your order page and we will assist you.
You can view your order by selecting it in from the list under My Orders after logging in to your profile
You can view the status of your order by clicking the View button after opening your order. This section contains all relevant details including the order details, address information and the current status of your order (including Awaiting Payment, Payment Confirmation Process, Payment Accept and Shipped).
My Account
You can edit your account information in My Account > Change My Info after logging in to your profile.
To create a user account :
Please click on the Register button on top right or visit : login Enter your information, a valid e-mail and shipping address. And follow the necessary steps given.
**Make sure your shipping address is valid. Otherwise we will not be responsible for undeliverable packages.
You can change your password in My Account > Information after logging in to your profile.
To reset your password :
Please click on the “Forgot Your Password”? button on top right or visit /login Enter the e-mail address you have used during registering. A new password will be sent to you by e-mail.
